Including descriptive links in form

I know it is possible to include a URL in a form but I'm not seeing an option to insert a descriptive link text. Is it possible to include descriptive link text in a Microsoft Form?

@gabydejongh no it's not possible (which is poor from an accessibility perspective). There is a request for it which you can vote up on the official Microsoft Feedback Portal.

Currently, Microsoft Forms does not have the capability to include hyperlinks.

Another option,to insert a image with the qrcode which you can scan to visit the url.
