@Michael Bussey You've found out that once a form has been shared with a group, you can no longer copy or move it through the normal options.
The easiest way I've found to do this is to share it with myself. Go to the form, then the Share section - and click on the 'Get a link to duplicate' in the 'Share as a template' section. Send it to yourself. That gives you the copy, and then you can delete the group one when you are ready.
