How to Show Dynamic Link in Microsoft forms in thank you message

Hey Everyone! in my MS from when user submitting data I am running a MS flow for confirming the user by its submitted Email.
if MS flow finds out the user in the data verse then I want to send a Dynamic
link (could be anything) back to from for showing it in thank you message (Like :  Thank you for submitting data! Here is the your link https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/  (Which will be dynamic for each user))
is it possible to do?

@kryption there's no way to get dynamic content in the thank you message. What we do at my company is to include links and other info in the confirmation email that the flow sends to the user.
