How to share an Office Form created in the personal Microsoft account with the Corporate account?

Hi @RobElliott ... actually I don´t have that option: "share to collaborate" in my personal account (only have that option in my Corporate account -what must be the ´receiver´ not the ´sender´ of the Form) ... 

The options in my Personal account (where the Form was created) are only: 1) Make a copy; 2) Config; 3) Print; 4) Comments and 5) Terms.
