how to see the names of respondants in microsoft forms within a teams chat

I posted a poll in microsoft teams within a chat and I clicked the box for names of respondants to be visable to the creator of the poll but I can't see where I get this information. The results show under the poll but only with how many people chose each answer, not who.

how do I get this information?

You can find your poll on the Forms portal (https://forms.office.com/pages/designpagev2.aspx) under "My Forms" tab. From there, you can check the details of the responses, including the names of the respondents.

my Microsoft form When I create a new form There is no file upload option button. Where can I create a file upload option?

The file upload question will only be available if your form is not set to 'Anyone can respond'.
