Hi,
We are planning to use Forms to send a simple survey upon Case closure. When we send the survey, we intend to send the CaseId (unique id) along with URL as query params (or whatever way is the best you can suggest).
When the response is submitted, we want to capture this CaseId along with the responses to the questions in the survey?
How is this possible? Please advise.
