How to input if response is from mobile or PC

Is there a way to include if response came from PC or mobile without putting in survey question?

Maybe a form setting or a flow? Thank you!

@Lei_Francs if you look at the settings in Forms you'll see there's nothing to capture whether it has been submitted via a desktop or mobile. Equally there is no flow action in Power Automate that will allow you to capture this either. You'll just have to ask a Choice question in the form.
