How to extend the responses list

my Form has 2000 responses how can I group more than the 25 at-a-time List More Respondents a single click it seems lets me see at a time in the drop down... can I group by 100 or even 1000 ? can I make the Form Response dropdown DESC not ASCEND ?

The behavior is fixed and cannot be customized as you require.

@Aaron Anderson if you build a flow in Power Automate to save the responses to a SharePoint list then you can group responses based on a particular answer, format a column based on different answers and so on. It's something we always do at my company.
