How to create parallel drop downs in Microsoft form?

Hi,

Can anyone guide about creating a form where I can map skill and proficiency using two different drop-down options in Microsoft Forms?

e.g.

Skill	Proficiency
Business Communication	Basic
Email Etiquettes	Intermediate
Business Communication	Advance

@AsmitaGowind the only way with dropdowns would really be to have a section for each skill with a dropdown in it. A more user-friendly approach might be to use a likert question:
