If my clients have several stuff to input in Excel sheet, what should I input in MS Form?

@TearCea Forms is not designed for that sort of grid approach. If the items they could order were a static list then you could have 1 section per item and there'd be a question for the ID, description quantity etc. Otherwise you would really need to submit 1 form per item which, if the user wanted to add pens, pencils, paper clips is not so user-friendly.
