Hmmm...can’t reach this page - a lot of the time

Hi All

I have some Microsoft forms which are being pilot tested by users 

Every now and again I access them to see the stats etc but 60% of the time I get this message: 

Microsoft Edge - Hmmm...can’t reach this page 

Explorer - Can’t reach this page

Chrome - This site cant be reached 

5-10 minutes later its all OK again? 

can anyone tell me why this is happening? 

Its very annoying and if his is happening to users my project is destined to fail :(
