Help with installing windows

Copper Contributor
I have a Lenovo Ideapad S145 that has an AMD A6 Chipset with an 1TB hard drive. The Ram was originally 4GB but I upgraded 16 GB. (A little Background Information).

I decided to factory reset my computer because it was really slow and uninstalling too many apps would be too time consuming. I let it reset overnight and turned it on as I got up the next day and it was installing windows but then It was off. So I turned it back on and it was loading “preparing” then a pop up came up on my computer saying “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.”

I clicked OK but it does the same thing every-time.
if anyone knows how to solve this issue, please help! Thank you!

@Arianablogs111 sorry but this is the Microsoft Forms tech community and I don't quite see any connection between Forms and your question. I think you need to ask this on a more general Windows forum.
