I created a form and recently it won't receive any other response from anyone, and i can't get the responses of the ones who already answer.
This is the message: Your workbook is currently blocked. Contact your administrator
And i already tried the Microsoft Defender link (Microsoft 365 Defender https://security.microsoft.com) but it returns this message when i try log in:
