group forms in microsoft form

I  created a Microsoft Form and shared it within a group.  However I no longer wanted it shared so how can I get it back for mine with all retaining responses.

.  Is there a way to recover it?

Go to the three dots on the top right of the window. Got to setting and select an end date to stop the replies.
