It's been a few days. Is it still happening?
Sometimes forms goes down which can lead to errors, but it tends to get fixed very quickly.
Cheers

Hi Adrienn
Weird one. I would do two things:
1. Check to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue or whether it's just the one user. If it's others too I'd check to see the results file is on SharePoint/OneDrive and is working.
2. Given the issues, I would log a support ticket with Microsoft.
Ultimately the only people who can fix this will be Microsoft but I always find it good to suss out the issue so I can describe the problem when speaking with them.
Just my two cents. Hope it works out well for you!
Cheers and best wishes
Damien

Hi Adrienn
The first two links don't work for me due to your IT policies blocking collaboration on the forms with externals so I can't comment on it.
The third link works fine for me and I was able to access Platts Insider.
I'm going to tag in @Yong Qiu / @Nakul Madaan / @Welly Lee from Microsoft to see if they can assist you with the issue.
If it's a technical matter, they may be able to refer the issue on to the right people.
Hope it works out!
Cheers
