Get survey response from Microsoft forms and store in dynamics 365

Hello Community Experts,

There is a requirement where i should get the case resolved rating response from Microsoft forms and store it in the notes-timeline area of the case, its related account and its related contact in dynamics 365

How do i achieve this.

@Sumaira370 - are you using Forms or Forms Pro? If you are generating the case invitation with Power Automate, you can set it regarding the case, then when the response comes through, you can get the response details and then move answers in to fields in Dynamics 365. You can create notes to store the information if needed. A few links that might be useful:
