Generating a Request# in Microsoft Forms

Hello Forms Community, 

Does MS Forms generate a request# for each intake form/response that is submitted? This would be easier for tracking purposes. Please let me know if there are any alternatives.

Forms does generate a response unique ID when a form is submitted which you can use Microsoft Flow to pick up on and use as needed (e.g. send an email to you with the unique ID, add to a SharePoint list, etc).
