Frequency Data Collection Through Forms

Is there a way to attach a frequency counter to Microsoft Forms? Specifically for a Teacher to track how often a specific behavior occurs?

@kenneys no there's no way to attach a frequency counter. A couple of options come to mind. You would either need to do some analysis using the Frequency function in the spreadsheet that stores the responses. Or export the form responses (either using copy & paste in Quick Edit or via a flow in Power Automate) to a list in SharePoint and then do some analysis from there.
