Forms - Sorry, something went wrong

Hi,

Forms was working fine this morning but now when I login I get an error saying 'Sorry, something went wrong'

I have looked through the forum and it seems there is a fix.

Please can someone have a look at this for me. Happy to share domain and login emails via private chat with an MS support person

This is a community forum so most of us are just folks helping out other folks, but Microsoft staff do pop in from time to time.

Was the form attached to a SharePoint group by any chance? If yes, check to see if your access to the SharePoint group has been cut off as this may impact your access to the form.
