Is there a way to privatise certain questions in the back end of Microsoft Forms (in the analytics side) as I have a question that needs to anonymous for a client.
No this isn't currently possible. If someone has access to Microsoft Forms and can view the surveys, they can see all of the questions and all of the responses.
