Forms Pro: You do not have permissions to create or view Surveys on this environment

Hello,

I just signed up for FormsPro and I am getting the following message at the top:

"You do not have permissions to create or view Surveys on this environment. Please contact the environment administrator to provide required permissions. Learn more"

I cannot see the sample form, nor create share any.

I added my user to the Survey Service Administrator role in the environment (within Dynamics 365) but the errors is still there.

After reading the troubleshooting steps, I was able to fix this:

• Microsoft Forms Pro solution is installed.
• An application user with the name Microsoft Forms Pro is created.

I installed the Microsoft Forms Pro application from 

https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/mscrm.shimla

And then I verified in Dynamics 365 that a application user was created. After that, the message was gone.

I am posting this in case anybody else gets the same error.
