Hello Community! I would like to understand how the visibility of Forms Pro survey works. As Office 365 Global admin and Dynamics 365 System Administrator, I would like to be able to see and work on all the surveys designed by my colleagues. In Forms Pro, I can see only my surveys and the surveys shared with me. In CRM however I can see all the survey records. While using Power Automate, for example with the Action "Create survey invitation" I can only refer to my personal surveys and not to the surveys shared with me. This sounds to me a big limitation because the logic developed at Organization level must be replicated for every Form Pro user. Can you give me some tips on how to have a 360° view on the Forms Pro surveys? Thank you very much!
