SOLVED

Forms pro, Power Automate, and D365 Sales, populating the regarding field for Forms Pro entity.

Copper Contributor

Hello,

I am facing an issue regarding Forms Pro. I am using Power Automate to call Forms Pro to send survey whenever any case is being resolved in D365 Sales. The Survey responses are being stored in the Forms Pro Survey Responses entity in Dynamics 365 sales.

Now the issue is, I am not getting value in the Regarding field of Forms Pro Survey Responses entity. What should I do to populate resolved Case into the same field?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

@Inkey_Solutions - when you add the step to your flow in Power Automate to either send the survey or create the invitation, you should see an option there to set the regarding on the survey invitation. When the related response comes back in, it uses whatever you set here as the regarding. Take a look at this:

Hope that helps!

Thank you @Megan_V_Walker for the links. It seems very helpful & works like a charm!!
