Forms Number Preference

Hi.

I want to create a document in Microsoft Forms where the recipients can select items in order of preference ie number 1 to 3 your preference etc,

Is this possible?

@lesaw2021 yes, you can create a ranking question and when the user completes the form they can  drag the options into their order of preference:
