Hey,
for sure I can set a Form to anonymous by using the checkbox "record name"
But how can users/participants of the survey see, if it is really anonymous.
Is there a badge oder sign for this in the shared forms?
Want to share trust to our users
Thanks

@AWeiss1435 no there is no visual indication that it is anonymous. On the other hand if only users in your organisation can complete the form there is a message that says "Hi Rob, when you submit this form the owner will see your name and email address."

@RobElliott Thanks for the answer. Tested it with mail sharing and in the anonymous mode, the to: in a mail is empty.
But normaly these surveys are shared in a Teams-Channel for example.
As Answers might be sensetive, i would like to show "trust", that nobdy has changed the settings inbetween. But as it seems, I cant use it then.

@AWeiss1435 that's right. Forms is a very simple form app and is missing many of the items you might expect to be be available in an enterprise system.
