I am using "Add Branching" option in forms with multiple level branching. As per the logic, I am allowed to map "one to one" mapping for the next question but when I am selecting an option it is showing multiple mappings as next question (I have not even mapped those entries)

Issue Location: MB > Shuwaikh Spare Parts 14 or 15 > Ground Floor
It shows multiple sub options which I have not even mapped.
Request the experts to help me out asap.
