Hi
I've started working with a client that want's to utilise Microsoft forms so what can be achieved is not known to me yet, always used another form software.
They want a forklift daily checklist created so the operators can do on their smart device, which is easy enough and I've replicated the clients paper based form. Once submitted I've added in the managers email address so he can check the submissions, and I note this opens up an Excel spreadsheet.
The checklist asks if items are 'OK' or require 'Repair'. To save the manager looking through the form for Repair answers, what's the best solution to show what requires repair at a quick glance, use power automate in some way?

@DBrown2301 Yes, the best approach is to use Power Automate. The answers from the form should be saved by the flow into a SharePoint list and you would have view of the list for the items that need repair. The flow can also send an email to the manager with the details of the items that need repair.

Hi
I've created a MS form for forklift inspection. It has 18 questions, and you can answer OK or Repair. If OK, branching sends you to next question. If Repair is selected, branching opens up a Comments section and a picture section to take picture of the Repair.
I'm wanting to build a flow so that is Repair is selected as an answer from any of the questions, an email is sent to the manager to show his which question the repair applies to, what the comments were and the picture. Repair could apply to a few questions per inspection obviously.
Can anyone help with a video link or how this would look in power automate, just starting using recently so have found certain things online but can't see a solution for this yet.
Many thanks
Darren
