Hi,
I have deleted a licensed user; went to delete user in M365 admin center.
From the form URL previously owner from the offboarded user, I amend accordingly to transfer to me (global administrator) as below,
Issue: I am still having errors as below,
Qns:
1. How can I resolve as I already confirm the user is under "Deleted user in M365 admin center"
2. I know it must be under global administrator to do self delegates for offboarded user's owner MS forms. Can any other users in the same organization do self delegates as well? It will be a hassle and time-consuming for global administrator to become like " MS FORM Administrator" kinda.
