Form not loading first question when in SharePoint page

I have a very weird experience going on with my Form.  It is working fine, however when I use the web part in a SharePoint page it is going back to the last starting point I used.   It is like it is caching the last branching selection from Question 1.

I am not sure how to get this to always start at question 1 so that the branching is correct.

Any idea how to fix this?

Click on F5 to reload the page, sometimes it works that way, however, that is not the long term solution, sounds like a bug.
