'Please make sure the link is correct and try again' error message 

On every form we have been working on recently, this error message displays at the top of the screen and we have no idea why. The form is working like normal and we are not restricted in doing anything, so not sure why it's there. Does anyone have any ideas or know how to get rid of it?

@Trilokesh Same here been happening for a bit.  I saw another post with others with the same issue too but no resolution.  Can anyone on here from Microsoft advise?
