Form created associated to Excel

I created a form with required questions. User's responses to one question are no longer accessible when I view the survey results. The field is marked ""The question is required", yet when the report was last run on 2/2/2021, the question results did appear in the Excel document. Now, the related column in Excel is blank. I am not sure what would have happened in the Form setting to affect the field or the transfer of data to Excel. Any help is appreciated.
