Staff survey goes out on a weekly basis, PowerAutomated email to send reminder to all staff and a link to the Form, then PowerAutomated to collect responses in various databases and display that week's results live. For data integrity, we set start and end dates on the Form so users can only respond from Wednesday - Saturday. Databases calculated to only display results on the site for that week. Unfortunately, these start and end dates don't seem to be preventing people from submitting responses outside of those dates. We now have data coming in at random, which makes it difficult to filter and display the relevant results, or manage historical responses.
Can't find anything about this online - any ideas why the start and end dates aren't working?
