We are looking at potentially using your platform to essentially develop a feature rich 'contact us' form - besides capturing basic information e.g. free text fields, date fields etc., we would like to be able to create a table/matrix outlining our services and for users to be able to select the relevant service on this form - we would also like to be able to grey out certain cells in the proposed table/matrix.
Finally, we would like all submissions to be emailed automatically to multiple recipients and for users completing the survey to be given an onscreen unique reference number at the end.
Is this something which is possible with yourselves?
If the people filling out the forms are not part of your organization there really is no current solution in Office 365 that can do that. You would have to look at a Azure/3rd party solution for something like that, then some of those 3rd party solutions could integrate with Flow to handle back end business logic but the only Form solution that can be exposed externally is Microsoft Forms, which is pretty basic when it comes to generating forms and collecting data.
If they users in your organization then you could easily do this with Powerapps.
