Feature Request - Track Changes Reviewer Colors - Replace Grey with Fuchsia

One of MS Word's track changes reviewer colors is grey, which when viewed against black text is vexing to read because it has little contrast and does not visually pop.

I recommend either removing the grey reviewer color entirely or replacing it with a vibrant fuschia which would contrast well with the black text.

It would also be appreciated if Microsoft allowed people to change reviewer colors within a document.
