I'd like to expose the same form from various SharePoint Online modern pages and then pick up responses by Flow. Is there a way to find out from which page the form was triggered (without explicit user input)?
This is not captured by the form and you can't pass parameters in the URL either. I would create a PowerApp instead as you can then send a querystring parameter to PowerApps and store that with the response.
