Exporting form data into Project Online (Sharepoint List)

I need to create a project intake form and then have that data populate a list within Project Online.  I was hoping to use Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics to create the form, but want to know how I can get that data automatically into a list I created (similar to Sharepoint) within Project Online.

Please advise.
