Can anyone tell me if there is an option to automatically export data from new responses to an existing spreadsheet. This would, for example, already hold the data from all previous responses and is supported by google forms!

Solution@Ashburton2020 you can't do this within Forms itself but you can save forms responses to a table in an existing spreadsheet via a flow in Power Automate.

Thanks … could you give me a pointer to Power Automator and is it suitable for an experienced but not professional IT user? I'm just trying to automate it for a Food Bank.
