export only the number of the question to excel

ist ist possible like if  I have 3 options to answer

1  Very good
2  good
3  poor


when i export these query to excel there will be text exported

lets say  good       i want to have exported the result 2

lets say  20 questions and only the numbers of the options to be exportet

how can i manage without search and replace completet sentences within excel  ?

@Luftgaenger you could do it with a simple flow in Power Automate, but other than that it's not possible.
