Export language which is used to fill the form in

Hi,
I want to know if it's possible (and if it's possible how) to export the language which is used by the user to fill in the form. In my example I want to know how many Dutch and how many French speaking people have filled in the form so that I can see if there is a difference between the answers of those two groups.

@jorisvanbossche1985 no, that feature doesn't exist in Forms. You would need to have a choice question like "Your language" then use a flow in Power Automate to save it to a SharePoint list. Then would be able to filter the list by the language.
