Someone on our HR team recently distributed a seemingly controversial Microsoft Form to the company last week. I received a complaint today alleging that someone on staff is unethically sharing the results of this form with others. The only other administrator in the company has the following roles. Before I dismiss this allegation as unfounded paranoia, would any of these abilities give her the ability to access another user's Form data?
I had a similar experience in our org. I would really like to see better admin controls, oversight and governance for this tool. Right now, it feels like a dangerous toy that is not ready for general release...
