Error 633 'Sorry, something went wrong'

Hello, a form that was previously working is no longer functioning. I am unable to view the form on the back-end, and no one seems to be able to use the form on the front-end. This is an issue solely with one specific form, the others I currently have open are working fine.


It says 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: 633'


Edit to add: strangely, the forum is not letting me make this post. It is saying I am 'post flooding' and have attempted too many times, but as far as I can tell, this post has not yet been made... if you're reading this, I guess it eventually worked?

I ran to into the same problem. Hope someone can shed some light

Our third party tech support went through Azure and fixed something in the database. Hopefully that leads you in the right direction!

Are you still encountering the error? To investigate further, please provide us with the session ID and correlation ID displayed on the error page.
