1. When in edit mode of your form, click onto the Responses tab.
2. Click onto the ... in the bottom right of the grey bar at the top of the Response window and click onto Get a summary link.
3. Copy the URL that it gives you and provide this link to your participants for them to see the high level summary of the results (example below).
Hopefully that is something along the lines of what you are thinking.
