Hello Community Experts,
I have created a flow which sends a survey when a case is resolved. The survey is sent in the form of link as I'm using shared mailbox.
The customer clicks the link
There is a criterion where I should send the survey using shared mailbox only and i should embed the form directly within the e-mail instead of link
How do I achieve this requirement?
Kindly guide
Best Regards

@Sumaira370 it looks like you'll need to get Forms Pro to do this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/forms-pro/send-survey-email#embed-survey-in-an-email

@RobElliottthanks for looking into my question
The link which you have shared talks about embedding form from forms pro which sends the mail from the forms pro
But i want to embed the same within shared mailbox
Please advise if it is possible @RobElliott
Best Regards

@Sumaira370 just because they are expecting, it doesn't mean that it can be done with Microsoft Forms. I suggest you look at Google Forms which believe can embed the survey into an email.
