Embed a form using modal

If I put the form in a modal on my website, it's showing the green page and a link to the form. If I use the same iframe code in a webpage on the same website, it works ok. What prevents the form from displaying when you embed it on a website?

@Nick Nigro I am also having  this issue.  Did you ever find a solution to it?

I have the same issue. It has been few years and Microsoft still hasn't really find a way to let us embedding Forms properly.

Basically the only way to embed the Forms is to have an iframe on the page. Anything extra e.g. Modal popup, changing the iframe size, etc... will break it. And you will only get a green background with a link to open it in a new window.

According to this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/embed-web-page forms need a minimum size of 350px by 480 px. As soon as one of those dimensions is smaller, it only displays the "cover page" and the link.
