Email Quiz Taker if a Score Threshold is met

Hello,

We are looking to host a quiz. If someone taking the quiz achieves a certain score (i.e. 80% or higher), we want to send a follow up email to them. 

How are we able to do this?

Is there a power automation?

I've used Power Automate to take Forms submitted data, which is then posited to SharePoint and sends a confirmation email to the guy that filled out the survey.  I can provide some information on this if that'll be of interest?
