Email option gone from Send options in Microsoft Forms

Hi, up until this morning, we had the option to send a form via email.

This morning, a colleague attempted to send a form via email and the option was gone from the list.

We are only able to do the following:

Copy the link 

set up a qr code

embed

share on Facebook

Share on Twitter

Is there an error or a way to have the email option returned

@receptionstaff it's still there. Just add the recipient and click the Outlook checkbox.
