I'm figuring out the features of Forms pro for Dynamics 365.
My need is: in telemarketing scenario, when the salesperson calls the customer and asks directly the survey questions, i need that survey submission linked to the called customer (dynamics' contact).
Is this possibile with forms pro? I've just seen the "Send to" feature, in which the contact has to compile the survey on its own.
