Download and Save completed forms

Hi there, does anyone know a way I can download completed forms in the form format? I am trying to set up a form to use as research consent and it would be helpful if I could save each response separately and view it as a document. The only way I can seem to download anything is in an excel and it saves all the responses together. Thanks!

@KateOgeog in the responses screen click the View Results button on the left. That will open the first response and you can print it from the 3 dots at the top of the form:
