I have a user with an online form. She downloads the data for a week, does her thing with it and saves what she needs. However she wants to know is there a way to manually remove the records from the Excel file that is part of the forms i.e. at the moment she has 600 entries. She really only wants the last 100. My suggestion has been to download and clean up the file but she wants to know if it's possible to remove at source. thank you.
