Date format in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice

Date questions are added in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice by selecting a date (calendar) option.  How do I change the format from US month/day/year to UK  day/month/year?

@Poppy10 I've got the same problem... apparently you can't unless you change to a European Language that uses dd/mm/yyyy format see Dynamics 365 Customer Voice Forum: Change date field format
